Ivo Šenkyřík joined Corporate Finance department of Patria in August 2007 and currently works as a Director.
Ivo is primarily responsible for execution and business development of M&A transactions. He has experience with transactions in various sectors – for example, he participated in the sale of job portals jobs.cz/prace.cz (LMC) to ALMA MEDIA, engineering company TAWESCO (TATRA) to PROMET GROUP, electrometer manufacturer ZPA Smart Energy to El Sewedy Electrometer Egypt, food retail chains Žabka and Koruna to Tesco Stores, specialized industrial building materials producer PANBEX to Sika, developer and facility manager of petrol stations ACIS to TOKHEIM, factoring company HP Finance to Coface Group or several transactions in TMT sector, such as sale of Zlín Net, Volný (selected assets), Vltava/Cybex or Líbímseti.
Besides M&A deals, Ivo worked on IPOs of NWR, AAA Auto and VGP or several valuation projects – e.g. EZH, Audio Partner, UNIS or ESBR.
Prior to joining Patria, Ivo worked for a private equity company Kilcullen Kapital Partners.
Ivo holds a Masters degree from the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in Finance and Business Valuation. He is a holder of stock broking licence.
