Matej Milata is an Director in the Corporate Finance department which he joined in May 2008. He is responsible for preparation and execution of the M&A transactions and for providing legal support.
His experience in Patria includes work on various projects such as divestiture of Česká Mincovna to strategic-financial consortium, entry of mezzanine provider Darby Overseas and consequently private equity MID Europa Partners to renewable company Energy 21, acquisition of selected assets from Chemopharma by American corporation 3M and financial advisory to notable clients such as AAA Auto, Alta, ČKD Kutná Hora, Excon, Karlovarské Minerální Vody, Wikov Wind and others.
Matej Milata holds a Masters degree from The University of Economics, Prague, with a major in Finance and JUDr. degree from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, with a major in Financial Law.
