Martin Dratva is an Analyst in the Corporate Finance department which he recently joined. He provides analytical support to valuations, acquisitions and divestitures and participates in their process and execution.
Prior to joining Patria Martin worked at PwC for two years where he participated on couple of transactions, i.e. sell-side mandates TES Vsetin and Prumyslovy Lihovar Trmice and various buy-side mandates.
Martin holds a Bachelor degree from University of economics in Prague, with a major in corporate finance and valuation. He also participated at MBA program at University of North Carolina.
