Jakub Burda is a Director in the Corporate Finance department which he joined in September 2006. Jakub is responsible for execution of M&A transactions and provides analytical support to acquisitions and divestitures with focus on deals in construction industry and related segments.
His experience in Patria includes work on sale of construction company DIS, transportation company OMEGA SERVIS HOLDING, producer of bitumen insulating bands KRPA Dehtochema, divestiture of ACIS, developer and facility manager od petrol stations, divestiture of a stake in Viamont DSP, construction company and sale of telco and electro-installation company GiTy. Further he participated in acquisition of RD Rýmařov by KATR, producer of pre-fabricated wooden houses and in selling process of AVÍZO, producer of plastic packaging materials. Jakub has been involved in further several transactions in real estate, construction and food industry. He participated in execution of market analysis for construction company SKANSKA and for an international real estate company.
Jakub holds a Masters degree from the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering, with a major in management and economics.
